Formerly operating as a Clarion, MBE provided hands-on operational leadership, worked with the lender to facilitate a strategic brand conversion to Best Western, and supported a targeted property remodel to improve market competitiveness. Located in downtown Casper, the hotel comprises approximately 200 guest rooms and more than 36,000 square feet of flexible meeting and conference space, making it one of the market’s largest group and event venues. Through disciplined management, revenue strategy, and lender-focused reporting, MBE helped stabilize performance and position the asset for long-term success.
