
Jeff Spry
Regional Manager, MBE HospitalityJeff brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked his way up from humble beginnings as a dishwasher and lobby attendant to his current role as Regional Manager at MBE Hospitality Management. A native of a high-tourism area, Jeff has a deep appreciation for hospitality and has cultivated a deep understanding of the industry from the ground up.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Kent State University in 2009, Jeff developed expertise in all aspects of hotel operations, including Food & Beverage management, convention services, and beyond. His extensive experience spans task-force assignments, receivership, pro forma site inspections, PIPs, hotel construction, and operations recovery.
Jeff’s career highlights include managing properties ranging from charming boutique hotels built in the 1800s to cutting-edge, 900-room convention center resorts. Known for his ability to build strong teams, optimize RevPAR, and reduce turnover, Jeff is always learning and striving for continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Jeff is an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, hiking, and traveling. He’s also an honorary member of the "Meet You at the Top" hiking club, a testament to his adventurous spirit and love for nature.
