Suzanne Streck is our MBE Hospitality Director of Human Resources. With 20+ years of experience in HR, she is a result-focused leader who can help harness the full power of one of our most valuable assets – our people. By empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential they will bring their best to their position and contribute to the achievement of key business results. Suzanne understands the importance of communication, collaboration and teamwork. Her experience extends to employee relations and performance management where she helps cultivate a partnership between the organization and the employee. Suzanne stays at the forefront of HR trends and best practices, ensuring that her strategies are not only effective but also forward-thinking. With a result-driven mindset, she has implemented successful employee development programs and streamlined HR processes, making her an amazing asset to our organization. Suzanne moved to Kalispell from Billings, MT when she was 7 years old and is proud to call Flathead Valley her home. When she isn’t working with employees, you can find her hiking or snowshoeing with her husband Joe and their wolf-hybrid pup, Enzo. Suzanne and Joe like to travel outside the country whenever possible but when they aren’t outside or traveling, they like to cook together at home.
